On October 31, 2025, TNS received the “Innovative Mind Award”, an award recognizing organizations with innovative approaches to enhancing mental wellness, at the HR Mind Friend #1 event organized by ME HUG – An Innovative Mental Health and Development Center at the Thai Health Academy (Thai Health Promotion Foundation).

This award reflects the TNS’s strong commitment to caring for the mental well-being of employees, aiming to ensure that everyone enjoys lasting emotional strength and resilience. The recognition was made possible through the integration of ideas, activities, and collaboration among various departments within the organization, including HSE & Wellbeing Management, HR, PR & CSR, TTC, IMS, and the Labor Union.

In addition, TNS was honored to share its key success factors in promoting mental wellness in the workplace, serving as a model and inspiration for other organizations participating in the event.
