Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Datasheets / Specification / Requisition for Mechanical Equipment and packages and co-ordinate with the disciplines for obtaining necessary inputs.
• Preparation of Tech. Bid Evaluation of Vendor offers for Mechanical Equipment and packages
• Review Vendor drawings.
• Carry out inspection and Attend FAT for Mechanical Equipment and packages as required
• Support for installation and pre-commissioning for Mechanical Equipment and packages as required.
• Perform mechanical calculations for in house / fabricated by subcontractor equipment.
• Review and co-ordination for in house prepared drawings (G.A., Detail drawings,fabrication drawings etc.) for in house / fabricated by subcontractor equipment.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Shall have min. 2 – 3 years of experience in Waste to Energy projects.
• Past Experience should include:
• Extensive hands-on experience in design, selection and engineering of mechanical equipment and packages in Waste to Energy projects.
• Should be proficient with the codes and standard for design, selection, inspection and testing

BS, ASME, etc.

• Shall be familiar with mechanical calculations for the equipment in Waste to Energy projects.
• Shall have experience of review and co-ordination of inhouse prepared drawings(G.A., Detail drawings, fabrication drawings etc.) for inhouse / fabricated by subcontractor equipment
• Shall be able to independently gather required inputs from concerned disciplines, prepare engineering documents viz specification, datasheets reports, calculations etc., prepare requisitions, perform technical bid evaluation and carrying vendor document review and interfacing with other disciplines for the required inputs
• Good knowledge of inspection and testing requirement for the mechanical equipment and packages in Waste to Energy.

• Commissioning experience will be added advantage.
• Good knowledge of selection and specification of Materials is also essential.
• Good command of English both written and spoken

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Conceptual Studies FEED, Detailed Engineering Design as assigned by Senior Engineers / Lead Engineers.
• Prepare and provide the engineering documents / deliverables of project / work such as assigned by Senior Engineers.
• Support Senior Engineers in assigned process engineering tasks or others as required.
• Support Senior Engineers in other assigned tasks related to project / work such as review of discipline interrelated documents, preparation of final documentation etc.
• Conduct the training / knowledge exchange session with other Process Engineers as assigned by Manager and / or Senior Engineers where other engineers may also attend.
• Conduct the training session for Trainee Process Engineers as assigned by Manager and / or Senior Engineers where other engineers may also attend.
• Co-operate and support activities in Process Engineering section, Engineering Division and the company e.g. Attend Process Engineering meeting, Support Standardization activity, support company’s activities e.g. 5-S, QMS, HSE activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 3-5 years’ experience in process engineering design in petrochemical or oil & gas field
• Experience in Process engineering calculation and design in Petrochemical or oil & gas field.
• Experience in conducting process simulation software e.g. HYSYS, Flare Net, Flare Sim.
• Familiar with MS Office software.
• Able to communicate and interface with other disciplines

Responsibilities:

• Direct report to Lead / Senior Designer.
• Developing 3D model by using PDMS software.
• Providing Piping Drawings such as Isometric drawing, pipe support drawing, piping general arrangement drawing, pipe support location drawing and etc.
• Ensuring that all piping deliverables are accuracy and meet the project requirements.
• Coordinating with other engineering disciplines as team member.
• Supporting 3D Model Review and Constructability Model Review.
• Monitoring all piping deliverables to meet project schedule.

Qualifications:

• Able to use PDMS software for 3D Modeling of Piping, Equipment and MDS.
• Able to use AutoCAD software, Microsoft Office and Naviswork.
• Able to read and understand on P&ID drawing, Piping Material Specification, Pipe support standard, Instrument Hook-up drawing and marked isometric drawing from pipe stress engineer for pipe support designation and selection.
• •3-5 years of progressive PDMS piping and pipe support design experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• •Having PDMS administration experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Technical. Bid Evaluation of Vendor offers for field instruments, Control valves, SDVs, PSVs, F&G instrumentation.
• Knowledge and experience in working in SPI (INtools) package.
• Sizing Calculations of Control Valves, Flow elements, PSVs using instrucalc sizing software.
• Witness Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for Various Instrumentation packages (SDV, Choke Valves, WHCP, PLC, Telecom etc).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering in the field of Instrumentation and Controls.
• Work experience around 6-8 years in the field of Detail Engineering.
• Experience in the field of Oil and Gas Projects is preferred.
• Candidate shall have experience in attending FAT / Inspection activities for the Instrumentation packages.
• Familiarity of PLC based Process Control / Shutdown Systems, Distributed Control System (DCS) etc.
• Familiarity Wellhead Control Panel, Hydraulic Power Units.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Conceptual Studies FEED, Detailed Engineering Design as a Process Lead in any particular project / work assigned by Manager.
• Perform as focal point of Process Engineer in activities required during bidding stage.
• Prepare and provide the engineering documents / deliverables required for projects.
• Conduct Conceptual studies, FEED, Detailed engineering design as a Process Lead in any particular project/work as assigned by Manager.
• Perform as a focal point of Process Engineering in any activities (including design review/verification, preparation of documents e.g. clarification, qualification, RFQ for any 3^rd party study, man-hour estimation etc) required during bidding stage of Conceptual studies, FEED, Detailed engineering design in any particular bidding project/work as assigned by Manager.
• For whom assigned as a Process Lead in any particular project/work, to advise Designers, Senior Designers, Process Engineers and Senior Engineers (only persons on the same project) on the issues related to project/work and to advise work planning with target schedule date. In addition, to achieve the objectives and schedule of the project/work, Process Lead is to co-operate and support activities in each particular project by attending project meeting with other disciplines / clients / vendors (if any), providing suggestions on the project to optimize the work, providing solutions in any de-bottlenecking situation etc.
• Conduct Conceptual studies, FEED, Detailed engineering design as assigned by Senior Engineer who has been assigned as a Process Lead in particular project/work.
• Prepare and provide the engineering documents/deliverables of the project/work as assigned by a concerned Process Lead and/or Manager.
• Senior Engineer who have been assigned in the project / work (but not as a process lead) shall support / assist a Process Lead in activities of that particular project / work. The activities shall be to drive the project progress in overall, advise designers / engineers, review the discipline interrelated document, prepare final documentation, co-ordinate/attend project meeting with other disciplines/clients/vendors (if any), plan & manage the review and issuance of deliverables and report the Process Lead during the project / work life cycle. The Process Lead then reports the project status, progress and outstanding issues to manager in a verbal and/or written report. The Senior Engineer shall be acting and responsible for activities on behalf of the Process Lead when the Process Lead is not available.

• Support Manager and / or other Senior Engineer in other assigned tasks related to Process Engineering as required.
• Conduct the training / knowledge exchange session with other Senior Process Engineers as assigned the Manager where other engineers may also attend.
• Conduct the training session to other engineers as assigned by Manager.
• For whom assigned by Manager, to support the planning & management of process engineering / drawing software and also co-ordinate with concerned disciplines / vendors for the purchasing, training, seminar and meeting in software related issues.

  Qualifications:

• More than 7 years experience in process engineering design in petrochemical or oil & gas field
• Experience in Process Lead’s role in conceptual, FEED, detailed engineering is advantageous.
