On April 25, 2025, a delegation from TNS Management, led by Mr. Wuttisak Jantarapa, Senior Executive Officer, along with 18 KAIZEN Committee members (19 persons in total), conducted a site visit to NS-SUS. The purpose of the visit was to learn from NS-SUS’s success in implementing KAIZEN and Total Productive Maintenance/Management, which has been recognized with prestigious international awards.

The team was warmly welcomed and accompanied by NS-SUS Management throughout the visit. Furthermore, NS-SUS extended their strong support and expressed a commitment to continued collaboration with TNS in advancing KAIZEN management.
