Senior Estimator Engineer (1 position)

Job Type : Permanent

Job Location : Bangpakong

Responsibilities:

 

  • Review and evaluate cost estimates
  • Prepare cost estimates and detail for all bidding projects
  • Explore documentation in order to gain a deep understanding of the project requirements
  • Manage bid pricing from all vendors
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and subcontractors

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong understanding of oil &gas, onshore plant construction processes
  • Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
  • Min 3-5 years Experiences in Bidding/ Tendering process, Bid clarification, Cost estimation,

Analysis not limited to Tender evaluation & Negotiation / clients, vendors & subcontractor

  • Experiences in related to Petrochemical / Refinery plant and / or Onshore pipeline project

(Both in Green filed and/or Brown field modification works)are advantage

  • Good command of written and spoken English

Engineer (Civil) (2 position)

Job Type : Permanent / Temporary 12 Months

Job Location : Bangpakong

Responsibilities:

  • Executing the assigned activities in accordance with all technical, quality, cost, safety, scheduling contractual and execution aspects of the project as per the instructions of Team Leader (Chief Engineer or Manager)
  • To review / check the related work instructions/document/drawing provided by Supervisor Technician.
  • Preparing the documents (fabrication procedure, work instruction, technical report, drawing, etc) using suitable engineering / office software adequately for both onshore and offshore project.
  • Preparing RFQ <Requisition for Quotation> and Requisition Order documents as per Project requirements.
  • To interface with subcontractors according to related activities such as site movement, load out and other related activities.
  • Implementing corrective actions according to the QA systems.
  • Supporting external and internal audit and corrective action of ISO9001/ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001.

Keeping all documents filed according to the adequate filing procedure.

  • To propose/provide detail of yard fabrication area arrangement.
  • To support other ad-hoc work as per special assignment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in civil construction and design.
  • Having experience in heavy lifting work will be an advantage.
  • Good command of Civil Engineering Design Software & Auto CAD.
  • Good communication skills in English writing, speaking.

Cost Engineer (1 position)

Job Type : Permanent

Job Location : Bangpakong

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the budget and rolling forecast for the assigned project.
  • Improve the forecasting processes with the objective of accurate forecasting
  • Provide report / information as request. Working as Cost Engineer responsible for cost control and monitoring for Various project.
  • Preparation Internal work, Claim and Change order Reports to SECTION Manager.
  • Provide clarifications scope of work between Original and Additional work to various sections.
  • Communicating with Operation and other Division functions during the preparation of the detailed budget.
  • Prepare Cost analysis and comparing actual cost with budget plan.
  • Analysis of actual against budget of assigned projects and take corrective actions
  • Review the detailed construction progress of the project to ensure full adherence to work plans within agreed budget and resources.
  • Supporting to Prepare regular monthly reports and reviews of projects cost performance, providing all concerned parties with regular feedback and advice.
  • Prepare Draft invoicing issue to Client including monitoring and update invoicing status report.
  • Performs other duties and tasks as assigned

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor degree of Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experiences in related job function.

Senior Logistics officer (1 position)

Job Type : Permanent

Job Location : Bangna Office

Responsibilities:

  • Review and assist in project bidding documents, import & export, and logistics process.
  • Liaise with Government department involving in privileges, permit and licenses to be aligned with its

Regulation

  • Review Commercial Bid Evaluation (CBE) of Freight Forwarder Agency/Forwarder Broker.
  • Monitor and control approved project budgetary.
  • Monitor the overall discipline logistics activities to maintain cost/shipment schedule for customs

clearance and overseas materials

  • Assist immediate supervisor to review work order document.
  • Review and approve import entry documents in web service NSW system for: DMF’s Tax exemption.
  • Work and encourage subordinates to perform task in compliance with TNS QHSE policies and requirements including statutory and regulations which applied in TNS
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Immediate Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics
  • Minimum 5 years of experiences in logistics job function
  • Knowledge of Logistics process
  • Knowledge of import and export system and procedure.
  • Knowledge of government related laws and rules & regulation.
  • Knowledge of cost and schedule controlling.
  • Good communication skills in English writing, speaking.

Buyer (2 positions)

Job Type : Temporary 12 Months

Job Location : Bangna Office

Buyer’s Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and update Approved Vendor
  • Prepare commercial part of RFP combining with the technical part completed by Discipline Engineers
  • Interface with other departments for their inputs for smooth process of bid compilation
  • Communicate with the Customer for RFQ approval (if required)
  • Perform Vendor selection for RFQ and Evaluate Vendor capability/ performance
  • Perform clarification with Vendor on commercial aspect of the package
  • Perform negotiation with Vendor on commercial terms and conditions, delivery time etc.
  • Expedite with vendors in obtaining responses to the technical queries raised by the Discipline Engineer
  • Evaluating Vendor proposal and submit Commercial Bid Evaluation (CBE) for approval
  • Report procurement progress status from RFQ preparation stage till Purchase Order issue completion
  • Liaise with vendors for vendor document submission as per Vendor Document Requirement Schedules
  • Resolve materials non-conformance/discrepancy with Vendor / Supplier
  • Assist in the equipment/material expediting activities as instructed by the Procurement Manager
  • Report to the Procurement Manager on Procurement status
  • Assist and perform any other functions and responsibilities as required by Procurement Manager from time to time

Expeditor’s Responsibilities:

  • Establishing effective expediting program and ensuring full traceable status of all delivery of Material and foreseen events of delivery
  • Obtaining from Vendor / Supplier the Material that meet the delivery time agreed upon under the PO
  • Ensuring timely receipt of Vendor document as per VDRL in PO and updating Vendor document delivery schedule
  • Expediting inspection report and Vendor Documents. Distributing inspection report and Vendor documents to procurement team and others sections
  • Monitoring Vendor / Supplier progress and reporting current status to procurement teams and concerning sections
  • Coordinating inspection assignment with both local and oversea inspection body including in-house QC to ensure inspection/ test of Material are carried out in a timely manner
  • Coordinating among Vendor/Supplier Procurement Engineer ad client on review / approval process for Vendor documents 

Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills in English writing, speaking and listening to foreign vendor
  • Good communication skills with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Knowledge of Engineering Procurement process (PO/ PRE/ Bid)
  • Work experience 2 years in related field or with Engineering Buyer/ Expeditor background
  • Negotiation Skills
