1970 Start of fabrication for offshore Oil & Gas at the Wakamatsu yard in Kitakyushu, Japan 1970's
1981 Development of Gulf of Thailand started and 1st PF of Thailand was delivered by Wakamatsu yard in 1981.
1987 TNS (Amara yard) was established in 1987 by Nippon Steel Corporation (a worldwide leader in steel manufacturing and engineering), Nippon Steel Trading and Italthai Group (a Thai Industrial Conglomerate).
2005 Banpakong yard opened in 2005
Engineering and Procurement service started in 2005
2007 100 Platforms delivered by 2007
2011 Project Management Office established in 2011
2012 200 Platforms delivered by 2012
2013 Engineering and Procurement office (Bangna Office) opened in 2013
2019 Technical Training Center established in 2019
